Farm Journey

Paddy fields, Ramanathapuram
Bajra is built for Rajasthan — thriving in heat and drought where nothing else grows. Our farmers use no irrigation and no chemicals.

Grown by the Singh family
Four generations of bajra farming in Jodhpur. Open-pollinated seeds, traditional farming methods, chemical-free fields.

Ground in a cold-pressed chakki
Slow revolution grinding. No heat generated. The natural oils and nutrients in bajra stay completely intact — unlike roller-milled flour.

Packed fresh, sent directly
Ground in small batches and packed immediately. Genuinely fresh flour — not flour that has sat in storage for months.
Cooking & Usage Points

- Best within 3 months of opening

Common Questions
Yes, and in a good way. Karuppu Kavuni has a subtle nutty flavour and a slightly firm bite. Most people say it tastes the way they remember rice from their grandparents' kitchen. Give it three meals before you judge it.
