Bajra Atta (Pearl Millet Flour)
Rajasthan's grain. Cold-pressed. Nothing lost.
Currently delivering in Bangalore only.
My journey began over 4,000 years ago on African soil, and ever since, I’ve been warming homes through long, quiet winters. I am grounding, hearty, and naturally rich in iron—here to support you when days feel slow, heavy, or drained of energy. Turn me into rustic rotis that keep you full and warm, or a comforting porridge that soothes from within. Grandmothers have always trusted me, often pairing me with jaggery for strength and balance. There’s wisdom in that simplicity. At Prakriti Project, I am freshly milled in a slow pressed stone chakki at the Satvic HQ—so I can retain majority of my nutrition for you. Farm Journey

Paddy fields, Ramanathapuram
Bajra is built for Rajasthan — thriving in heat and drought where nothing else grows. Our farmers use no irrigation and no chemicals.

Grown by the Singh family
Four generations of bajra farming in Jodhpur. Open-pollinated seeds, traditional farming methods, chemical-free fields.

Ground in a cold-pressed chakki
Slow revolution grinding. No heat generated. The natural oils and nutrients in bajra stay completely intact — unlike roller-milled flour.

Packed fresh, sent directly
Ground in small batches and packed immediately. Genuinely fresh flour — not flour that has sat in storage for months.
